Managing
Managers in a business are very important, but it is also a very difficult job. To be able to manage a business you have to enforce change without fear. Managers are the people that enforce the rules and promote efficiency.
Leading
Leading in a business means finding common ground for a goal and uniting people to accomplish that goal. To be apart of any business you have to be able to understand what is best for the company and guide people to achieve that task.
Acting Ethically
To act ethically, you have to be able to judge what actions are proactive and counterproductive. All businesses have a set of moral standards that all employees should abide by. This includes ethical behaviors such as, honesty, fairness, inclusion, respect, and equality.
Communicating
Communication is how a business exchanges their ideas and information with employees and customers. This creates clarity between everyone involved in the business.
Problem Solving
Businesses use problem solving to find solutions in an orderly manner. Being able to problem solve efficiently allows a business to address, brainstorm, and implement a solution.
Creating Opportunities
When a business creates new opportunities they are expanding to make themselves better. Businesses have to be comfortable with taking risks in order to seek innovation.
Working with Others
Being apart of a business you have to be able to work with other people to achieve a goal. You need to create insight and appreciate the ideas and creativity of others.
